General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online booking of hospitality services offered through the website of Palazzo Villani Lubelli, a property owned by Palazzo Villani Lubelli di Erre&Gi Srl, with registered office at Via Leopardi, 8, 20123 Milan, Italy, VAT Number 05214080755, Company Registration No. RA MI2689759, Share Capital €100,000 fully paid-up, email: info@palazzovillanilubelli.com, phone: +39 351 808 6719.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 These terms apply to all bookings made through the official website.

2.2 They are subject to change; the version applicable is the one in force at the time of the booking confirmation.

3. Booking Conditions

3.1 Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking. Final balance terms will be communicated in your booking confirmation.

3.3 Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, and credit card.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 For bookings made under the “Flexible Rate” plan:

• Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to arrival.

• In case of cancellation within this period, the deposit will be refunded in full.

4.2 Different cancellation policies may apply for special offers or non-refundable rates.

5. Prices

5.1 All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

5.2 Palazzo Villani Lubelli di Erre&Gi Srl reserves the right to update rates at any time; however, bookings confirmed with a deposit will not be affected.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted payment methods:

• PayPal

• Bank Transfer

6.2 Upon payment confirmation, a receipt and detailed confirmation will be sent via email.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian law, hospitality services are exempt from the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period), as these concern accommodation services provided on a specific date.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law.

8.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, unless otherwise provided by law.
