The First Floor of Palazzo Villani Lubelli can be rented entirely as the Royal Apartment or partially, choosing between the Royal Suite or the Bubble Apartment.

The Royal Suite is a luxurious two-bedroom space with a king-size bed and an adjoining room with a French bed, ideal for couples or families seeking privacy.

The Bubble Apartment includes two bedrooms, the Bubble Suite and the Kalispèra Suite, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a sofa bed, making it a perfect solution
for longer stays or small groups.

The terrace and balcony with panoramic garden views are shared between both accommodations.
All guests also have access to the Smart Kitchen on the Ground Floor, available daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite is a two bedrooms suite of 90 sqm with a king-size bed and is connected to an adjacent room with a French bed, ideal for those traveling as a couple or family. The suite combines luxury and comfort in a refined setting, perfect for an exclusive stay.
The suite is completed by a large private bathroom equipped with a spacious shower, offering a total spa experience. Every detail has been taken care of to ensure elegance, privacy and maximum comfort.

Please note: when booked individually, the Royal Suite does not have access to the kitchen or living room, which are part of the Bubble Apartment.

Bubble Apartment

The Bubble Apartment combines the Bubble Suite and the Kalispèra Suite in an elegant and versatile setting. The Bubble Suite features a king-size bed and a bathroom with both tub and shower, while the Kalispèra Suite offers a double bed or twin beds and a spacious shower. A fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with sofa bed complete the apartment. Large windows open into the shared terrace and balcony with garden views.

Royal Apartment

The Royal Apartment includes the Royal Suite and the Bubble Apartment, offering a refined and spacious solution for families or groups. It features three suites, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with a sofa bed. The shared terrace and balcony overlook the garden, and access to the Smart Kitchen on the Ground Floor is included.
